As a Certified Personal Trainer for 13 years, I’ve trained people of all ages and with various physical limitations. I have clients in their 70’s and 80’s who seek personal training to maintain their balance, flexibility, bone density, strength, and cardiovascular health. I also have clients who are younger and seek to increase muscular strength, size, and endurance. The majority of my clients have been with me for over 2 years, some up to 13 years. Distance programs are great for those who are self-motivated to workout, but just need an exercise program help them along. Depending on your goals, I will customize a workout program for you with pictures and a detailed explanation of how to perform each exercise.
Group personal training has the feel of 1 on 1 training and is a great way for you and your friends to meet and have fun working out! Being around friends or family while working out is encouraging as everyone involved is helping each other to push harder and go longer. Group training is also discounted, so if you’re worried about the prices of 1 on 1 training, then Group Training may be the answer!
In-home personal training is limited to Edmond and OKC only. Some people aren’t able to drive to a gym due to work, kids, or distance while balancing a work schedule. In-home training is a great option for those who have a tight schedule and prefer the convenience of personal training at home.
